These forms were created in response to feedback from community partners and participants. These “friendly” versions of the contain the same information as the originals, but that information is presented in a format that is easier for everyone to read, in plain, trauma-informed language.

Final project for SFU’s Community Capacity Building Certificate Program. My thinking has evolved a lot since this project was created, especially around working with service providers in a constructive way, but part of me is still mulling over how to fulfill the goals described in the presentation below in ways that are grounded in the realities of people who are trying their best to help in the context of an unjust system.
